A great story, awesome battlescapes and showing the world of 40k in a new way. Game play is smooth and heavy as it should be. If you liked SM 1, I believe you will love this as well.

I've been playing this for nearly as long as its been available to non-devs and the game has just kept improving and adding new systems and making the game more enjoyable. The road map for singleplayer, more weapons and customization and the galactic war will make this game even better. There are issues like performance but until its fully released and still has that problem, just be knowledgeable about what you are getting into.

The game is extremely fun, amazing community, the balance is sometimes painful but the sense of scale is great. I have high hopes for the future of the game, especially now that we have proven Democracy can win out against the Corpos.
Expect jank but 90% of the time, it makes the game more enjoyable.

This game is a great first person casual survival city builder that is still being updated and improved.

Fun Dwarven base simulation/city builder. Lots of interesting locations to explore and design your kingdom.

I love this game and have loved it for years, its such a rich game on its own but with the mod support, there are thousands upon thousands of hours of content. The graphics are good as long as you like the 2.5D sprites, the music is great as well.

My absolute favorite Rythm game. I first played this on their browser version and my friend and I played it for over a dozen hours where we would challenge each other to alternating turns. The music design is amazing and the visuals are gorgeous. My only complaint is that the the 3rd and 6th maps are the hardest while 4 and 5 are extremely easy comparatively.

This game is a grind, but with a good guild it turns into a great game to hang out with friends and work towards building up a shared island and making a difference on the economy.

I was able to purchase this game for less than half of its launch price and with all of the content changes, I am quite content with my purchase. I knew going into it I was a game to sit back and explore using a control. It has completely fit my expectations of a casual game that allows you to explore at your pace and either rush around or sit back and build a base and get to know the local space.

Well, I'm not good at writing real reviews so I will give you one of my experiences so you can try to judge it for yourself:

Made an empire like the Arachnids from starship troopers
Tutorialing through the game, slowly expanding but empire is fragmented
Resources are finally abundant
But my neighbors the Bothrians (yes they even somewhat looked like Bothans) and their buddies hate everything about me (Good, The only good bug is a dead bug)
Bothan's buddy decides he can't look at me anymore and he declares war.
within 2 years (about 20-30 minutes) he was at my capital
Wiped out my standing fleets and invaded my planet and took over.
I ceded the rest of my planets and lost.

That was an 8 hour match that I barely made it out of exploration/expansion and I'm not even mad I lost that. I just started up a new match as the Federation (of course from SST again) and am expanding like crazy having tons of fun.

Update:
After a year of updates I've gone back and replayed old empires and had even more fun, still will recommend this game even with major changes to core mechanics incoming in the next major patch.
