This game rules, also every major patch introduces a non-trivial amount of great content, which is not always the case in early access games!

I'm a sucker for a good conveyor belt / logistics game, and have put many hours into Factorio, Satisfactory, Dyson Sphere, and Shapez. This really scratched a familiar itch, and felt like an upgrade on the original Shapez in every way. The micro logistics -> macro logstics -> train networks really made this feel like building a computer from scratch. I really enjoy the freedom of having effectively infinite resources (constrained only by foundation points). Overall would definitely recommend.

This game is very pretty and I've mostly enjoyed it, but the pacing can be very slow. There are longgggg stretches of wait-and-accumulate-resources before you can purchase necessary buildings, and because automation always requires you to refill each building's fuel, you have to be actively engaged. Because of a 30 second string of poor resource management after The game evaporated all of my hell gems and I didn't fully grok what was going on, there was a point in the game where I could not build a single building, but had to wait 75 minutes to accumulate 2MM of two different resources which I was accumulating at a relatively slow rate. This really turned me off of the other things I enjoyed about the game.

Overall for $6 this is a nice experience, but it could use some QOL tuning.

I've quite enjoyed Racine, it isn't particularly content dense but it was well worth the $8.99 I paid for it.

The combination of deck-builder, auto battler, and the real-time parry/shield mechanic is a pretty unique formula and it all meshed very well.

I have some minor QoL gripes that may get ironed out in a future patch, but overall I think this stands up as is quite well.

Simple but satisfying. The game play loop is slightly short for $19.99 (price at time of writing this end of September 2023), but the development team has done a good job of keeping things fresh with updates.

This game is a very entertaining and relaxing combination of three of my favorite things; skiing, puzzle games, and building stuff. Would highly recommend.
