If you are quite depressed and your thoughts are suicidal I can't recommend this game to you, because the only thing you can't cut here is yourself... Of course it can have some kind of therapeutic effect. For example, if you are very angry, you can transfer your inner anger into every slice you make with your magnificent sword.

But seriously now. METAL GEAR RISING: REVENGEANCE is probably the best game I've played in years. I often do not replay games after finishing them. After playing single player campaign in most of my games I felt quite satisfied. But this time... Oh, let's just say that I've already completed it three times and I'm planning to do it quite a few times more.

The gameplay is fantastic. The combat feels great and the slicing mechanic is probably the most satisfying idea ever. You can cut glass, boxes, buildings, humans but for some reason it does not work very well when you have to slice a cat. I can relate to that. Cats are indestructible.

Music... Oh, the music is fantastic! The combat music, boss music, cutscenes music, every note here is perfect. The moment when you're fighting the very first boss (Metal Gear Ray) left me with my jaw lying on the floor.

The story is a little bit weaker than in the other games in the Metal Gear series, but somehow it didn't bother me at all. Somehow I've enjoyed every cutscene and other story related things. And there is a reason for that. It's first in about ten years Metal Gear game on the PC. The last one was Metal Gear Solid 2 in which Raiden was also the main playable character. Coincidence? I don't think so...

Well, I can highly recommend this game to any Kojima fan, Even if he's not responsible for the whole game, it still has this one and only kind of atmosphere that all his games have. If you have ever wondered how it would be to cut things in slow motion and watch them fall apart, this game is for you.
Oh, who am I kidding... This game is pure fun and I can recommend it to everyone.

Mark of the Ninja is an excellent example of stealth game.

Have you ever wanted to be a ninja?
Well, you can't but you can play as a ninja in that game... And I promise, you will have fun.

Dead Space 2 is an excellent example of how sequel can be much better than the original. It has better story, gameplay is even more satisfactory, there is more action, more enemies, more weapons to choose, more ways to split bodies and also Issac has the voice.
Now we know that he has some kind of personality.

I can highly recommend this game to every fan of action-based story-driven puzzle platformer survival horror games out there.

This is an excellent action-based story-driven puzzle platformer survival horror game and I like it.
Combat system is satisfying, slicing limbs has never felt so great. :)
Story is not very smart but the whole atmosphere and world created by Visceral Games make it worth playing.

I wanted to give it a chance but...
Damn, this game is hard to play and I don't mean its difficulty. Something different made it that way. Controlls suck, cutscenes suck, animations suck, gameplay sucks pretty bad... Maybe other day I will give it another chance...

Alan Wake is a pretty good game. It has a fantastic story, nice graphics and shows some really cool concepts. But...
It has one of the worst combat systems I've ever seen in my entire life and there's a lot of it in a game. Also, the amount of enemies attacking you in the same time is ridiculous. The whole combat system is based on a cool idea and I do appreciate it but it would work better if there was much less enemies. Ahh...

Yup, that's Tony Hawk's Pro Skater... And I like it, I really do. Some people may complain about it but I don't care.
It's a solid title like other games in the series.
