This little piece of software is awesome and all for the cost of a burger.

I've been using it to scale point and click adventure games that were made on an older engine that lacks it's own native scaling (particularly those made with the Adventure Game Studio engine, such as those by Wadjet Eye Games), and it works perfectly. Much more crisp and convenient than playing these games fullscreen at non native resolutions.

Whole integer scaling works perfectly within letterboxes, and the option for custom scaling allows me to fine tune games to fill more of the screen if I want. Anti-aliasing is just a cherry on top if you're into smoothing out hard pixels, particularly useful to me when using non whole value scaling.

On top of all that, a free demo is available which allows auto scaling to the highest full integer value, which probably already meets the needs of a lot of people. Very kind of the developer to include such a demo.

My setup consists of dual 1080p monitors. No problems with dual monitor support for me with the "Multi-Display" option checked, which I believe was patched in after many of the reviews claiming multi-monitor problems. So from my experience this is no longer an issue. I can't speak for resolutions higher than 1080p as I don't have access to any such monitors. But given the flexibility of custom scale factors, I can't imagine any reason why it wouldn't work just as well at 1440p or 4k. Be willing to experiment with custom scale factors if a game is not filling as much of the screen as you'd like.

So I'm a fan of this tool and definitely think it's worth the buy if you're playing anything that could benefit from proper integer scaling.

Side note: I don't run software directly through my Steam library (and am glad that I'm not required to), hence the only 5min "playtime" to meet the minimum to post a review.

I grew up playing Harvest Moon so it was very easy for me to fall in love with Stardew Valley. But even if you've never played a similar game I think you owe it to yourself to give this one a shot.

The standard gameplay loop is repetitive but manages to feel rewarding and fresh as you expand and enhance your farm and get to know the different characters around town over time.
Doing so will open up new things for you to do and new ways to work your farm and earn money.

It's a delightful experience with cute visuals and charming music throughout.

Charming short game that hits you with clever mechanics and unexpected feels. Best played and experienced in one sitting.

I don't recommend playing with a keyboard at all. The game DOES support it despite it stating otherwise on it's store page, but you'll need a high key rollover for it to work at all, and the gamepad experience is really for the best given the games mechanic of controlling both characters at once.

Each of the two brothers you control are assigned a thumb stick and a trigger each. You then work with them together to get around and progress through the world and solve puzzles that impede your progress. The puzzles in this game are fairly simple, and most players will never feel stuck at any point.

The world is filled with a colorful art style that really works well with the fantasy-esque universe and ranged from bright and happy to dark and spooky, looking good every step of the way.
It runs on UE3 (Unreal Engine 3) and for me ran perfectly smooth as I'd expected from a UE3 title.

PC port doesn't have any video options other than resolution and vsync, so keep that in mind if you're playing on a low end machine.

Fly around with endless parachutes and blow stuff up. Why? Just Cause... 2.

It's a big open world sandbox with missions scattered about that relate to any of three factions fighting for power over Panau or your nationally ambiguous organization known as "The Agency."

I'm not convinced there's a real story in this game at all but you won't care because you'll be having too much fun giving the Panau military hell by blowing up their facilities with explosives, helicopters, tanks, and anything else you can get your hands on.

It's also a great PC port that years later is still one of the better looking titles around, and it runs great on modern machines.

Can be enjoyed easily with both K/M controls or a 360 pad.
