Ingredients
300 g of sausages
1 onion
1 tablespoon Valio Oivariini® running
1/2 - 1 dl pepper strips, canned Also try Open / Close
1 tbsp (3 dl) Valio creamy brown sauce
1 tablespoon mustard
1 dl fresh parsley
Recipe
Chop the sausages. Chop the onion.
Heat the fat in a pan. Add the sausages and onion. If you use fresh paprika instead of canned pepper in the sauce, add it shredded to the pan as well. Bake until the sausages are a little colored.
Add the canned pepper strips, sauce and mustard to the pan. Rinse the jar with a splash of water, pour in.
Finish the sauce with chopped parsley. Serve with boiled potatoes or mashed potatoes
