Sure, Sekiro is a hard game, but the fun and feeling of accomplishment the game offers are well worth the high blood pressure. After you learn the skills needed to overcome each adversary, there is nothing more satisfying than methodically picking off enemies that had previously seemed impossible to defeat. 10/10, would recommend.
