Hello - It looks like the owner of the Elder Scrolls Online group has lost touch with it, since he has not been on Steam in about 190 days. Hope he is okay, but I think he had moved on to other interests. If you are interested in keeping this group active in his absence, I would be willing to help anyway I can. We can start a couple of ESO guilds, share videos, basically recapture people's attention. I have the feeling that ESO will end up on Steam st some point so it might be good to have a deleloped community ahead of others. If you are able to contact Hoyle somehow, can you ask him if he minds if we proceed in that direction with his group? Hope to hear from you...
