The best thing about this game is that the price hasn't changed since its release in 2011 despite having received numerous updates that could've been sold as expansion packs or DLCs. Add to that a challenging and exciting exploration gameplay, an expansive crafting system, a build-and-destroy-everything sandbox world and support for mods for infinite replayability, it's clear to see why it's one of the most played and loved games on Steam.

I want to try this game but the first thing I see is "Account blocked by administrator." What the actual flying duck?

3D Starbound or Terraria. Instead of going underground, you explore different planets, solar systems and galaxies. Most of the fun comes from exploring countless planets with different biomes, flora and fauna. There's resource gathering, crafting, and farming, all to aid you to survive and feed your endless desire for "upgrades". The story guides you through most of the game's systems and takes you to the most interesting parts of the game. Combat is mostly unfun with the game having only one type of enemy (two if you consider ship combat).

Even though there are literally quintillions of planets you could explore, there would come a time when the WOW factor just isn't there and you'll get bored of your harvest-upgrade-next planet routine. Thankfully, the game is still being actively worked on by the devs with regular big updates adding more content and features. It's a good time to play No Man's Sky.

Very Good

A simple, minimalistic game where you press any key on the keyboard to control the movements of a rotating ball. Pressing another key spawns another ball which can be controlled by you or another player. These balls interact in different ways and could be used to help or destroy your main ball. The mechanics are simple but could be frustrating at times especially if you're going for high scores and achievements. There are different modes that alter the rules and add more flavor to the game. But the best part is that this game is FREE.

I liked the concept of the game and how it made watching video clips interactive and engaging. Basically, the gameplay is finding keywords to search for in a database to unlock clips in an archive of over 200 videos. Unlocking these video clips is like piecing together a crime mystery puzzle. You form different opinions as you go on then narrow them down as you get to the final pieces. But it ends there. There's no real conclusion to the story -- no real ending. You can say you've finished the game after unlocking all videos but there's nothing to confirm your conclusion; it just abruptly ends. That's a huge setback but one that doesn't take away from the actress' good acting and the game's novel idea.

A boring walking simulator with no player interaction whatsoever; you just literally walk from the beginning to the end. What's worse is that you walk very slowly and there is no run or auto-walk toggle so be prepared to have a finger stuck on "W" on your keyboard for at least an hour, much more if you're planning to 100% this game. The story which has some random elements in it and is supposedly its biggest strength is incoherent. The developers describe it as dreamy; I find it nonsense. The graphics is mediocre for a 2017 release but is good enough. The best part of the game is actually the audio. And the developer's commentary in this edition is worth listening to.
