The FitnessGram™ Pacer Test is a multistage aerobic capacity test that progressively gets more difficult as it continues. The 20 meter pacer test will begin in 30 seconds. Line up at the start. The running speed starts slowly, but gets faster each minute after you hear this signal. [beep] A single lap should be completed each time you hear this sound. [ding] Remember to run in a straight line, and run as long as possible. The second time you fail to complete a lap before the sound, your test is over. The test will begin on the word start. Has recently taken up the very strange hobby of sending me rage comments from 2012. At first I was under the assumption that this was some ironic, funny joke, parodying meta humour, but recently has started using the term 'le' and 'trolol' at really inappropriate time. For example, I recently attended my wife's funeral and needed somebody to come with me. The funeral had to happen during the week and, as a result, not many friends could make it, so I decided to invite this person. This was a huge mistake. Part way through the service I began to breakdown and cry uncontrollably to which their immediate response was to stand up, make a large 'O' shape with their mouth and scream 'epic fail'.
