This is an example of a game in early access that the Devs run out of money, or interest and instead of abandoning the game, they slap 1.0 on it and release it.

There's so many problems with this game that I'm honestly not going to waste my time listing them all out here, as I have no confidence that the Dev will actually fix any of them.

I will say that while I was able to slog through it for almost 12 hours, I came to a point where I just couldn't progress any further. The game is broken into seasons like most farming games, and some crops can only grow during certain seasons. (there's a tutorial? pre-season but it wasn't clear if it would repeat after a full year or not.
Any way about half way through the second real season, the Main quest tasked me with making a dish that included Soy beans. Soy Beans only grow during the first season. There was no indication that I needed to grow this crop previously, and I'm not even sure if it was available to purchase seeds for that early. So now I'm faced with having to go through the rest of season 2, 3 and 4 before getting back to the season in which Soy beans grow. That is hours upon hours of nothingness until I can advance the main quest line again. No thanks.,

Hate to give a negative review, but I can not recommend a game that allows you to only make 1 character, and then never have the option to start a new one. So if you played 2 years ago like I did, and want to try the game again, you will still be stuck with the original character and progress you made. You can't start over. That's just not acceptable to me.

Too many bugs. In my first 30 minutes, I've had to restart the game twice because a UI element was stuck on my screen. Then the furnace I was using to smelt Iron stopped responding to my input. I took 3 ingots out, and when it made more, it wouldn't let me take any more out. Even after reloading, there are 4 iron ingots made in the furnace, but no amount of clicking will allow me to take them.

Putting down a floor tile should eliminate the bushes underneath. It doesn't. There are large rocks that can't be removed, limiting building areas. I do like that stumps can be removed. Rocks should be the same.

This should be an early access game, not full release. Refunded.

I own a lot of games, and rarely ever finish them. Dysmantle is one that I did get to the end.
I just finished a full playthough, which took 84 hours. It's a very good game. The constant upgrades and searching for materials kept the push going. The game was a lot bigger than I thought it would be also. This is almost like a full length RPG in terms of hours to complete. My only wish was that there was more "building." I would like to have built my own survival house using all of the materials I collected over the course of the game. It was a lot. And although the ARK mission took a bunch, I still had quite a bit left over, except for vegetable that I had to grow to satisfy the ark.
I'm hopeful that some DLC is on the way soon.

I cannot recommend this game currently and there are 2 major reasons why.

1. It needs big QC pass. There's too many issues, like contracts that cost more to complete than they pay. I had one where it cost me 22k in seeds to plant a potato field, but the contract only paid 16k. I had another contract to harvest crop and deliver to Grain South, which I did 100%, however the game thought I only did 85%, so it wouldn't complete. I ended up having to cancel, and it charged me for the missing crop. I had 1 other contract to bail and deliver. It used round bails and while I figured out how to make the bails and load them, I could not figure out how to deliver them. There was zero information on how to drop the bails at the target. Maybe that's a bit on me, but also a bit on the game for not explaining how to accomplish something like this. That contract also cancelled and cost me money.

2. The major changes are hit or miss, and most, like Seasonal crops, can be turned off thankfully. However, 1 change that can't be justified is that you cannot speed up crop growth as in years past. Most crops take months to grow, and so your're stuck hitting the "sleep" button several times in a row to get your harvest. Speeding up time doesn't do anything towards this. There should at least be a toggle to adjust how long you sleep for in months so you don't have to deal with this tedium, however it still isn't a good change overall.

Really great game so far! Logged just over 5 hours, and having a blast. All solo.

So far, I've taken out the first boss, and built a large homestead. There's still so much to explore, learn and accomplish. No bugs or crashes to report either.

Get in on this one early!

Very good game. At almost 100 hours at time of review (with many more hours yet to play) I can honestly say this is worth full price. Yes, it's like Stardew and Harvest Moon, but has enough differences to make it unique. In some ways, it's even better.
Lots of different things to do, and 3 major starting areas as well. All of my hours are from 1 play through of the main starting area.
There's a ton of hidden stuff and secrets, as well.
Support the devs, and pick this one up!

Fans of Logistical 1 will not be disappointed. It plays very much the same, with some new enhancements. The big deal with this 3rd iteration is that instead of playing 1 module at a time (like Australia, or Florida) you are playing the whole world, which you unlock piece by piece. The unlocking, so far, has just been about “solve this town to expand to Germany”. You start in New Zealand and the first unlock is Australia. You are limited in how many vehicles you can own in a region. The way to unlock more vehicle bandwidth is to solve towns. Every 10th town solved equals another vehicle spot, up to the region max.

It’s been pretty smooth for me. No glitches, no slowdowns, no crashes. I do wonder how cluttered things may get after I unlock several regions. Each one has its own vehicle roster, so that list can grow quite large I assume. I have not opened anything besides road vehicles yet, so I’m still looking forward to seeing rail lines, sea and air transport, etc.

So far, so good! I'll update this as I get more regions/vehicle types unlocked.

Edit - bugs I encountered have been addressed.

Game shows promise but has a long ways to go yet. Tutorial needs to be expanded, and game play fleshed out a bit more.

I'll agree with another review I've seen that the burping is a bit much.

Yeah I play it a little.
It's a relaxing puzzle game that gives a true sense of accomplishment. Especially when you solve Big City, or complete all of the broken roads. It's a great game to have running while I work from home because I can set up a production chain and let it run while I work. I really like playing in locations that I'm familiar with, like New York and Florida. It makes it a little more relatable.
