Pretty disappointing. The new combat system sucks. The constant flow of hyper aggressive enemies ruins any suspense. That, combined with the poor combat, results in the game sort of forcing you to wearily zerg objectives as you're constantly harassed by the same ♥♥♥♥ over and over again. Hopefully they patch all the jank out, but it's a big hope. These let down additions to the series serve to remind me that the dev teams of years past, who made the first couple games, have rode into the sunset. Maybe next time ill have learned my lesson and my nostalgia wont land me 70 dollars in the hole.

It's good. The mining mechanic really adds an interesting layer to the survivor-like formula. Deep rock galactic has a groggy pace that makes me too damn sleepy. This game makes me want to go back to DRG and give it another shot.

The game didn't grab me like I hoped it would. It plays like someone stripped out all the fun parts and left only a glorified tile-marking simulator. The worm is pretty annoying --- if you aren't paying attention to what i feel amounts to a borderline idle game (not a lot to keep your attention), all your little dudes get absolutely annihilated. I refunded it.

I wanted to enjoy Rocksmith+, but the experience is frustrating. The game itself lags apparently at random, even though my input latency is fine and my PC is beastly. Because of that, I can’t follow the notes on screen — they stutter or skip just enough to make everything feel off, even at normal speed.

The subscription fee is expensive, especially considering how rarely new songs of interest are added. It feels like Ubisoft launched this and walked away. They don’t seem interested in fixing the core problems.

If you're looking for a smoother experience, the older Rocksmith 2014 with custom songs still works better than this.
