Great return to the zone. Ridicoulously good graphics at a smooth fps at max. A-life bugs brings the experience down a bit, but is apparently being worked on.
Gunplay feels great, although some mutants are a bit spongy.
WIsh gun customization was a bit deeper, but what is there is absolutely fine.
Looting sadly feels a bit pointless when youre about 15-16 hours in, as there really isnt anything you will find from bodies that you dont already have. exception being hand placed bodies or bodies part of a quest.
The amount of different guns with both base models and uniques are really high, so you can really tailor your loadout to your own playstyle.
Map is HUGE with tons of locations to explore for new guns, armor or artifacts. Walking around can feel a bit slow tho.

tons more that could be added, but absolutely recommend you find that out yourself.

pills pills and more pills. walking and clicking simulator is what this is. no freedom, do exactly what you're told at the exact time they tell you.

i just want to press play and shoot things. i don't want 17 different clients, pop up windows, forced linking, etc.
does every publisher need to act like ubisoft now?

this is not even that much of a problem for me as i have a ps account already, i just don't want to link, or be forced to do 20 steps to shoot things.

Fast paced and really challenging dungeon crawler with a wicked artstyle.

visual clipping
texture/npc/car pop in
lifeless pedestrians
about 10 different pedestrians
can walk through pedestrians
bulletsponge enemies
horrible driving
bad voiceacting
voice acting not in sync with animations
crap animations
no real choices
every person you meet is utterly forgettable
every quest is a fetch quest
story is garbage
npcs walking through walls/cars/terrain
audio is staticy
stuck on invisible walls
game is SO DARK
memory leaks
vendors have about 3 lines they say, over and over and over
weapons unequipping themselves
appear naked and bald in mirrors randomly
terrible textures on max
textures overlapping
♥♥♥♥ character models
cant change hair after you set it
bad melee combat
broken stealth
police spawning right behind you
menu ui is terrible
so many weapons, but it all comes down to dps number, thats it
skills just feel useless

All this in my 7 hours of playtime.

Great game, mind a few flaws.

Get a shotgun, hide in a corner, pray. Such is the life in the zone.

despite konami being konami, the game is good, the gameplay is awesome, the music is great, the graphics are amazing. literally only lacks an ending, because konami is konami, and konami is the worst.
