Hello, I would like to ask you for the Bursting Betty model for sfm, do I need to pay a certain amount of money for this? (it's just that the problem is that I haven't found the model in the public domain anywhere, so I'm coming to you)

I wanted to know who i should reach out to for permission to use this model in a project of mine that ive been working on for roughly a year and a half now, involving team fortress 2.

I can disclose details privately, but im hoping to directly talk to one of the people who made this item, in hopes to give it some recognition after being dormant for a decade
