I am a massive fan of the Fallout franchise, and once I finally got a gaming PC I was super excited to pick up this game. You can tell how much I like it by the hours I've put into it!

Simply put, in my personal view this game is simply perfection. The main storylines have normally struggled a bit, but that's normally due to deep side quests. In this game, the tables have turned. The main storyline is deep and interesting, with a small sacrifice in the side quests content. However, the lost child storyline does get difficult fast. Within a few quests it almost feels like you've lost a football instead.

Settlement system is rough around the edges, but is definitely a very welcome introduction. The level of personal touch you can add to the Commonwealth is great, and the amount of build areas feels almost limitless. The build restriction seems to be too tight, but there are ways to bypass it.

Mods... My god the mods. While this comes with an in-built Bethesda mods system, the best of the crop for PC always comes from Nexus Mods. You can find vast wealth's of good content from this site, with in depth instructions to make it work. This game landscape can change to however you imagine it to be!!!

All in all a fantastic game. As a recurring fanbits a great sign of what's to come.from further games. As a newcomer, I would recommend first playing Fallout New Vegas. NV shows you a massive insight to the content from the games, but will be hard to play with the graphics after fallout 4.
