The user on your friends list, Scheissenberg, ID 76561198168880416 (in case they try changing their URL and name), is an account hijacker and attempted a "I accidentally reported you to steam and i need you to talk to an admin" scam against me. I lured the hijacker to have record proof to report to valve. I am posting this comment on any profile linked to this user to give a heads-up and prevent hijacking. Commonly, with this kind of scam, other peoples real accounts are compromised and the hijacker uses them to bait the original users' friends into the scam. At the very least, don't click on anything this user sends-- they are likely injected with XSS attacks that will steal your cookie data and allow the user into your account. The smart thing to do would be-- remove them from your friends list, report them, change all your credentials, enable Guard, and make sure they don't have API access into your account.
