Extraordinary piece of software. Been using this for years outside steam. Saw it on sale and had to buy it. Though, it is worth more than the price listed here. So easy to use, yet so complex, it has exactly what you need.

The only downside it has is that it stutters greatly at large scale pixel art pieces and heavy animations. I suggest you go for Pro Motion NG if you're one to work with extra large artworks.
