Good game, unfortunately ruined by Bloober's incompetence. Leaving many unfixed bugs, several game-breaking. They put the game out and then quickly dropped support.

10/10, the best Far Cry game.

Great weapons, excellent scenery/location, simple game mechanics, companions to assist you while you liberate the regions. Very fun, especially with the Resistance mod.

Half-Life, but better. 5 stars!

The FOV is a dealbreaker.
It’s so incredibly nauseating, especially for a PC player that isn’t used to console’s sub-30 FOV. Using an unofficial tweak to adjust to 90 FOV makes the game perfect, but the camera being mere inches from the character’s neck and having such a low field of view makes me sick otherwise. In the vents the camera is practically inside of the characters head while his body fills 80% of my screen. ADD AN FOV SLIDER for crying out loud! Why does a modern AAA game not have this?

If you liked DL1, you’ll like DL2. More of the same with a new story, environment, improved visuals, and entertainment!

Instead of just dropping support for the game and releasing server code for us to self host, they decide to shut down the game completely and delist it.

Fun game, shame that there's too many cheaters and nothing done about it. PunkBuster is not a good anti-cheat and is mostly known only for its false positives.

Graphics, sound fx, and gameplay is a solid 10/10.
BUT, I haven't played a single match that wasn't littered with cheaters. Across-the-map one shot kills from wallhackers/aimbotters in all servers. I really want to like the game but the cheating is so prevalent that it's basically unplayable.

Only playable with Marne.

Story-rich, great graphics, fun.
