still don't know why i'm banned

Two of my accounts that have not been active for awhile and have only been used for manual trading have been banned, with a large amount of skins on one of them ($800). I am very unsure why this has occurred as I have never cheated on any account, opened any fishy programs, etc. and neither of them have played CS:GO recently at all until now, in which I launched it to check that I was actually VACced. It is said that they were banned due to phone connections. I have reason to believe that either my phone number was hijacked, the ban was issued to the wrong number, or valve made a mistake as I only own 2 other accounts (not including the 2 that are banned) and neither of them were originally VAC banned, so I am unsure where the ban has spread from.

3 of these accounts are all linked by the same phone number, but there is no 'originally VAC banned account'.
This greatly confuses me, and provides more evidence that the ban was issued incorrectly.
