The tutorial for this made is just about unbearable man. Locks down your camera, can't do ANYTHING else... like it's just pressing buttons in a sequence. Then by the time you get to actual gameplay, it's just not fun man.

I know some people LOVE this series. I did not. I do not recommend.

I make my living with tabletop rpgs, I love co-op board games, I am learning tabletop miniatures games...

BUY THIS. It's the best $20 you'll ever spend. Then, try some stuff out. When you find stuff you like... go buy the real game(s) and support the companies making them so they can actually pay their staff and make more games.

Ok, so I thought this game was fun at first, but let me tell you this game can eat a ♥♥♥♥. A big fat ♥♥♥♥ covered in thorns.

At first it's like oh hey there, want to play a casual game with funny gravity mechanics... why yes I do game thank you. And then it's like hey you know what? Kill yourself. Shhh shhh shhhhhhh shhhhhh.... just kill yourself. And then you're like, but I don't want to do that... and then the game is like... GIVE ME YOUR SOUL!!!!

Also, it was too short to warrant the money. And the community maps are bigger trolls the GTA 5 modders.

If you enjoy walking over hot coals barefoot in your spare time then you're going to love this game. It's not very long and you'll want to die when you're done.

I do not recommend the purchase of Sword Coast Legends in it's current state.

There are a myriad of things that I just didn't enjoy but I will try and keep this short.

1.) I realized after a few hours into the game that what I was really enjoying the most is the setting. And not much else. Nothing about this game made me go "awesome" or "wow that's really cool". The only thing I ended up being excited about was the fact that the game starts by heading to Luskan and my group is currently in Luskan. Literally that was all.

2.) This game is causing my GPU to fail. My 3 month old 980 in my dual-980 build with three monitors. I have had 3 failures in three hours of gameplay. I tried playing some other much more graphically intense games to see if I really was having a true hardware issue. Nothing. Everything else runs completely fine. I am still in the process of researching this, but after some quick Googling it appears I am not the only one with issues that happen to occur when trying to play Sword Coast Legends.

Thumbs Down.

Edit: Just thought I would come back and update this as it has been a bit. DO NOT buy this game if you have an expensive GPU. This game will cause your GPU to run at 98-100% load for no reason and I can confirm without a doubt it blew up my 980.

You can think I'm an idiot, but you have been warned.
