Actually mesmerizing

Best shooter I've played in bare time. ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ solid.

An excellent experience if you've played previous installments in the series or this is your first time. It combines fps and rpg elements with a little horror added in and makes it work. The horror aspect shouldnt be understated however as it will defintely catch you out at times through its very tense atmosphere.
One of the major downsides is its extremely buggy engine; you will encounter bugs after bugs and suffer crashes. Mods have tried to streamline the experience so I'd recommend giving some of the well-known ones a try.
Overall, if you can get past the downsides you will have a great time.
