Once upon a time there was a game engine which could achieve photorealism AND run well. This engine was called Unreal Engine 4. Then a few developers whose games were already developed on Unreal Engine 4 decided to port it to Unreal Engine 5 at the cost of much fps, with no real increase in graphical fidelity, because it's "trendy". One of these games is Ready or Not.

The game is great. However, there is about 1 player enjoying this game right now. Good luck finding a match.

Plagued by script kiddies because Bandai Namco doesn't know how to moderate their damn game's online. I had to stop playing 20hrs in because I was invaded by a useless griefer that has nothing better to do than destroy people's progress. My character is permanently inflicted with negative status effects that makes him useless, egghead, and curse. Keep in mind this makes the game practically impossible unless you go out of your way for several hours to get rid of it and risk the chance of possibly being invaded by a cheater again.

Pretty nice conclusion to a legendary series. Hopefully, we see more series from FromSoftware as impactful as this one has been.

Beautifully crafted adventure. If you're computer can run it, I urge you to buy this game.

Set your shadows to medium if you have lag. It may look bad, but it's worth the boost.
