The blinks are extremely hard to hit and without a solid grasp of theoretical physics most survivors will get downed in 10 seconds. There's also The Nurse's nihilistic outlook, which is deftly woven into her characterisation- her personal philosophy draws heavily from Nurse YouTube guides and Reddit posts about toxic survivors. The killers understand this stuff; they have the intellectual capacity to truly appreciate the depth of her blink mechanic, to realise that they're not just good- they say something deep about THE META. As a consequence people who dislike the Nurse truly ARE toxic survivor mains- of course they wouldn't appeciate, for instance, the humour of getting downed as they throw down a pallet that wouldn't save them anyways.
