This is mainly for the DLC: After the honeymoon phase I have to say: I came for the boss fights. And a lot of them are utter ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥.
Messmer the Impaler. Putrescent Knight. Commander Gaius. – AoE attacks. Delayed attacks. Really fast grabs. Spammed attacks. Hits that deplete 80% of my health. Frostbite. One or the other always gets me. I am sooo close to using a Mimic Tear.
For the Divine Beast Dancing Lion in the Rauh Ruins alone someone should get fired.
Is this a skill issue? Sure. I am old. But I beat Dark Souls 1-3, Bloodborne, Lies of P. I needed 70+ attempts to beat Sister Friede. That fight was fun. Here I just see one ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ attack or gimmick after another. Guess I am either too slow for FromSoftware Games nowadays – or I am not as masochistic as I used to be.
I really don’t care about the great stuff in here, if bosses are just annoying, but not fun.
And for those who utter the usual »Git Gud«: No, I don’t have to git gut. Especially when I am not having fun. I can just give up and try »Black Myth Wukong«.
Thanks for all the good stuff, FromSoftware, but if your bosses are just a pile of ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ attacks, we shall part ways here.

Nice graphics & voice acting, but the story is nothing new. After the prologue you already have a good idea how this might end. My main problem are the puzzles. There are not that many and they are quite easy to solve.
So, if you are a puzzle enthusiast, you better pick up something like Obduction from Cyan Worlds.
But if you just want to spent a few lazy hours on the weekend, this might be a good choice.
