This is one of the best games I have ever played. You would be doing yourself a favor in adding this to your library. There really is no other experience like it.

This game is Miyazaki's magnum opus. If I were to liken it to how unprecedented its release was, I'd stipulate that it is this generation's 'Ocarina of Time.'

After keeping up daily with any inkling of news I could find or scrounge up for the last 3 years, this game is everything I imagined it to be and more. The sheer scope of it is difficult to put into words, but there is a childlike sense of adventure that keeps me in a loop of "okay, just oneeee more thing," Before I know it, 4 hours of saying exactly that go by. Please do yourself a favor and purchase this game. It's incredible.

A childhood favorite of mine. Didn't know this was coming to PC but it was a pleasant surprise nonetheless! Hoping they add BG:DA2 as well! I know many people, including myself, would be interested in a netplay patch, so here's hoping!

So far it's running great for me but the one bug I've encountered is rather surprising and I didn't see any discussion threads about it. As of the current version I'm on, there seems to be an issue when overwriting saved data. The saved data gets overwritten, saves successfully but then generates another save on a separate slot. This separate save is a corrupted save and therefore cannot be loaded. After 64 files, I was unable to save and needed to go in and manually delete the generated corrupted saves. Doing so almost lost me my progress but thankfully it's easy enough to restore saves should you make a backup before working around this bug.

Tested the classic cheat codes, which appear to be intact, but the level warp menu is bugged out.

Despite it being a little rough around the edges, I'm thoroughly enjoying my time with it. I'd definitely pick it up if you were a diehard BG:DA back in the day or have a newfound/budding interest in the BG series.

It has made the economic collapse of the United States so much more fun to endure! 5 stars out of 4 stars would purchase again! Highly recommend!!!

Edit as of 666 hours played. This game has consumed every minute of my would-be productive day. I am stuck in what is referred to as the 'FGC retirement home'. My skin has grown pale and I have forgotten what genuine vitamin d feels like outside of vitamin supplements. I love this game.

I am anticipating Time Mage to be the next job added in the upcoming expansion. I need Time Mage.

NieR Automata is definitely among the few contemporary games that delivers a meaningful story, memorable characters and tight gameplay that allows for a satisfyingly long experience fueled by the curiosity of you, the player. In this aspect I feel like it is comparable to the likes of TLOZ: Breath of the Wild due to the fact that BOTW is also contains a meaninful story, memorable characters and tight gameplay. The consumer is truly blessed to have games like NieR Automata and TLOZ: Breath of the Wild based solely on the fact that in the modern market the standards are, in my opinion, considerably lower for the quality of the projects released and for the expectations of the aforementioned consumer. I would definitely recommend this game to anyone and I hope more and more people continue to support this well-crafted game.

One of my favorite games of all time. The ending was a tad disappointing as it was nothing as that of its counterpart, Dark Souls I. One thing to note is that as seeing as how I speak Japanese, it would've been great if Steam supported Japanese for the game. Oh well, perhaps in a new update? Overall the experience was immensely satisfying. I recommend Dark Souls II and Dark Souls I, and, if you are willing, I would also recommend Demon's Souls as well. Overall it was/is a great game! :)
