Usually I don't write reviews but Darkest Dungeon actually deserves one. Haven't had a game make me hate myself for making the smallest of bad decisions other than the Souls Series. Regardless though, this game is probably one of the most fun games I've ever played despite all the anguish, you occasionally get through few moments of glory that make it all the better. The game has a decent balance, even if sometimes it feels like the odds are against you, you (usually) can make it out alive if you aren't stupid and have a reasonsably balanced party at your disposal. Darkest Dungeon is not for those who want a perfect no party member dies playthrough game, you WILL lose people and you will make mistakes, even if you aren't aware of them. Otherall though, the difficulty of the game is one of the biggest charms of the game. If you're looking for a game that you can pour alot of time into and aren't afraid of a challenge, I'd definitely recommend this game to you (name classes after people you know for extra emotional, mental crushing value if they die or become afflicted with tons of negative quirks).
