Make casual playable by deleting it entirely and bringing back quickplay. You don't even need a functioning anti-cheat, the flaws of the matchmaking system exacerbates the bot issue by making it take ages for a server to be filled up with actual humans. That's why bots weren't a thing until after the Meet your Match update, so get rid of it

p.s. bring back sprays on valve servers. The fact that this change wasn't reverted after the unironic pedophile was proven to be full of ♥♥♥♥ for spewing that it would get cheese pizza in your temp folder was completely retarded
