WOW. This game is excellent. I definetly reccomend it to fans of the series. As for optimization, it seems to have been patched, and although this game doesnt have an excellent story line it does have very well devleloped characters as well as plenty to do outside of the story. The story took me about 20 hours to finish and there is so much more left to do. Despite all the bad reviews this is an excellent game that is easy for me to reccomend.

Ok, So I reccomend this software, but not from steam; get the online version, and her is why:
Online version gets unlimited resources, steam does not
Online version gets GMS player, and steam does not
There are a lot of other little things I'm not going to list.

Also, While GMS is a very cool indie 2D game engine, if you intend to write code, look elsewhere as GMS is mainly drag and drop, that said, the drag and drop interface is fantastic and with the right knowledge you can do almost everything you could coding.

I cannot express my love for this game, even after my short amount of gametime. This is not about surviving; it is about thriving. This isn't the Long Dark or some other hardcore survival, so don't expect it to be. However, if you are looking for an amazing co-op survival oppurtunity, then look no further. In GRAV you will find that mauling every noob you see to death isn't very effective, and you will learn to rely on co-op; once you learn to play cooperativley this game will become very exciting. All in all, after my short amount of gameplay I can alreadyy tell I am ready for much more.

If you have anything in your life you value do not play this...it will become your life...

This is fun for people who like to do side quests...if you only do main quests you will hate this due to the short storyline.
