I remember, as a small kid in the early 60s, My great uncle was an engineer for Union Pacific. There were times he worked on the switcher in the Denver, CO yard setting the consits for runs to various destinations. We lived about 2 blocks from the yard. There were many times he allowed me to join him in the cab of the engine. I remember the excitement I felt, that even today I remember the excitement I felt. I'm hooked and love trains because of it.. I always wanted to be an engineer, but as life always throws its curves, I never followed my dream. But with Train Simulator 2001 I actually feel like I am living that dream. I love this simulator. I have tried so many others over the years, but this is the best. I just wish that the DLCs weren't so expensive... I love the freight DLCs but wished they covered more destinations, actions and routes. Thank you for letting me live my dream even though it's on my computer. lol Highly recommended for all! I give this simulator 5/5 stars.
