Initially I found the game weird because this wasn't anything like I played before. The first level seemed very slow and a bit boring. But as the story goes on, it picks up in the gameplay. The art in this game is very pretty, and along with the amazing background score the whole experience becomes beautiful. The puzzles become interesting too in the following levels and had newer dynamics that I didn't see in other games.

Overall, I think if you appreciate the 'setting' of a game or the world the game is set in, GRIS takes the cake as I found it more enjoyable as the game kept going on. If you're going to try, don't judge the game quickly. Get past few levels and the gameplay gets better.

Good and challenging platformer, definitely need patience to beat certain levels. It has the additional charm of a good story, definitely worth playing it. The art and soundtracks are beautiful which add to the whole experience.

Also, if you want amp up the challenge, you can play the additional levels which are much more difficult, these levels don't necessarily contribute to the storyline and aren't mandatory to play. It has a lot of content and achievements to play for even after the story is completed.

Interesting story and good gameplay to go along with. Various types of enemies, areas, weapons and their respective moves doesn't let the gameplay become boring. The game is designed very well too IMO, the levels are beautiful to play in. If you want to take a break from the story, it also has challenge levels for each weapon which are hard to get a perfect score in, some may find it fun who like hard levels. And if that is not enough, in story mode it has a feature to let the enemy get some buffs in return of extra % of XP and shards. Would definitely recommend!
