i got lost a LOT but otherwise 10/10

amazing!! ended with the hardest choice I've ever had to make in a video game. ♥️♥️♥️ Wyrm ♥️♥️♥️

if you like obra dinn, this is about as close as you'll get to replicating that form of deduction/mystery solving. at the same time, this game feels completely different and the similarities end on the level of the deduction mechanics. a fun and short game that turned my brain into a pretzel, GOD i hope more of these are made

fun and short roguelike with alternate resource management/base building gameplay. i wish there was more content in the base-building portion; i had barely finished 2 out of the 4 worlds before i had capped all non-harvestable resources (sermons, rituals, doctrines, divine inspiration, etc). i don't personally care about the base building outside of making things run as efficiently as possible, since i'm not really one to focus on decorating the base.

for what it is, this game is just about the perfect length. i would have gotten a bit sick of it if it was any longer, though i did binge the game in 3 days so that's on me lol. worth playing for a fun and short experience. if your focus is solely on the roguelike gameplay though, play hades or even inscryption.

my first follower was an orange cat that i named after my orange cat Colby. when he became an elder i meant to sacrifice him to the gods but he died of old age as i was walking to the temple (typical). then i went to bury his body and accidentally clicked the button to butcher his corpse. Real

i will never experience a high like this in gaming again.... truly as perfect as games come. 1000% one that i wish i could wipe my memory of so i can experience all over again. no other roguelike will ever hit the same again SOBBING
