Like that Anton Ego moment from Ratatouille, but for videogames.

Hi-Fi Rush feels like a game I would've discovered on a shelf at a 2006 Gamestop in all the best ways imaginable. I can't even remember the last time I played a game outside of the indie scene that came out of the box feeling like a finished product. It doesn't try to sell me DLC, or skins, or limited-time content, or early access testing. I just boot it up and have fun.

A fantastic, unique blend of roguelike and deck-building elements that create a wonderfully frustrating learning curve that never hesitates to crap on you but hardly ever feels unfair. Couldn't recommend enough to fans of card games looking for a fun dungeon crawler.

Ive put over 300 hours into this game (on the xbox) and can honestly say that Borderlands 2 is an awesome and unique combination of a fast-paced rpg, shoot n' loot, and freakin' hilarious comedy game. No other game can combine the aspects of an rpg with an fps like this game can. Furthermore, this game is heavily supportive of multiplayer, but without requiring it. Giving players the ability to join and leave games as they please without penalties is why this game is so awesome. Can't wait for the third installment because, lets be honest, that ending did not leave much to the imagination :). SO worth the thirty bucks and sixty for the DLC's.
