It was nice being able to play 3D for the first time, as I didn't have a chance to play it on its launch console. Wasn't a bad game, but not my favorite out of the franchise. Aqua's story "A Fragmented Passage" was very enjoyable though. I liked learning about the story from other character's point of view. It was a short and sweet play through well worth the cost of the mini collection.

My recommend is mostly if the game is on sale. At this point, its not worth full price. I did enjoy the campaign and eventually the MWZ grew on me as well. NGL a lot of the zombies players are really chill and helpful. Since the MWZ is uses matchmaking, you'll often run into or meet new players that can help you or do later content with. Many times I'd find myself farming kills and some random would come over and drop a bunch of good loot to me, jump up and down, then fly away with the scorcher lol. There are definitely better COD games out there, but for a decent price, this is worth the play time.

PEAK is fun game to play with friends. It has a cute art style and simple mechanics. Its not a game you'll play forever, but while its fresh, its good. Thanks to HRH for the copy and good times :D

Final Fantasy Tactics is a classic that still to this day, doesn't disappoint. I've always loved the job system, sprite art, and the overall combat of the game. Ivalice Chronicles does a great job of taking what was good about the original, while also adding some details that make the game better. I will say that I personally do not care for the story, and the long dialog during some of the story quests gets annoying, but I enjoyed the game none the less. Big thanks to my buddy Tetr0 for allowing me to play!

Fun little shooter. The randomness of the maps and weapons makes for some funny and entertaining moments. Playing this game with friends is a good time. Plus, it's free, so there's that. Oh just in case you were wondering, go to the training grounds if you like pots.

Although Marvel Rivals did not keep my interest, I do recommend new comers to give it a shot. The game has fun game play, cool characters, and a polished art style. With all of the support the game has and consistent updates, I think players can look forward to enjoying Marvel Rivals for many years to come. Also, it's free so why not? Too bad my friends stopped playing, and I don't wanna solo Q lol. Have fun and excelsior!

Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 deserves every single positive comment given about the game and more. This is 100% a glaze review. After completing almost everything the game has to offer (outside of NG+), I have no doubt this will be game of year 2025. Coming out of nowhere, the development team was able to create a game that captures curiosity, has excellent game play, beautiful art style, and great story telling through top notch voice acting and music that brings it all together. The game compels you to explore the world and even talking through all of the dialog doesn't feel like a chore. I genuinely just wanted to learn more. The story is deep, yet has moments of comedic relief that are enjoyable. I could go on about all the great things, but you get the point. However, I will say the game is not perfect. I did find 2 things that stuck out to me. One wasn't that big of a deal, which was how the graphics looked around the hair of the characters. No biggie, just needs a bit of work. The other issue was slightly bigger and more annoying. Periodically my game would have a fatal error crash. Even with a 4090 and a 9800x3D, it still happened. I'm sure the devs will fix it soon enough. Overall, I hope this great game gets some DLC and am excited to see what the devs bring next. To all the expeditioners out there remember, when one falls...WE CONTINUE!

Wow. Still going through the original FF games, and FF4 is so far my favorite. The story and scope seem much bigger than the previous 3 before it. The characters and twists were created and executed very well. I'm glad there is a 3D remake of the game, as I'll most likely get it to compare with this original. Having 3 maps was pretty cool and was a nice addition compared to the first 3 titles. My only gripe is with the "jobs". It's cool you have a dragoon, paladin, ninja, etc., but there isn't much thinking in the battles. You will pretty much just hit attack, heal, jump, summon the entire game. Like you can auto-battle with that for almost the whole thing. Regardless, it will still be one of the most memorable stories in the series for me. A must try for FF fans, new and old.

After waiting so many years for this game to come out, all I can say is that it was worth the wait. Seeing all the characters and story brought into modern day gaming was fantastic. They did a great job of retaining the core of FF7, while adding new things and expanding others. I do miss the days of turn based RPG's, but remake was still very fun and enjoyable. The only disappointing parts about the game were some of the graphics textures being clearly low rez (playing on a 4090, 4k max settings and it's still a problem), and the PC port issues. I know a lot of those issues were fixed in Rebirth tho, so that's good that they're taking a step in the right direction. For gamers who have never played the original, or can't bring themselves to play an old PS1 classic, Final Fantasy 7 Remake is a great game to try. Well, what are you waiting for kupo!
