Aesthetically insane, but will get boring after you find out the easy ways of levelling up and your whole screen will be covered in your own projectiles

It seems to me that after 10 years of staying up a lot of MMORPGs just choose to shoot you through the game as fast as possible so that you can get max level and do high level raids/dungeons. I hate that. This game has amazing boss design that is ruined by the fact every win is given into your palms for free until level 99. And i got to level 99 in the span of 6 HOURS!!! I've been playing this game since there were only 4 characters available and this is insane to think about for me. The spaces inbetween the town areas are completely ignorable as theres no quests there, just do every dungeon once until you get to level 99, oneshot every mob, oneshot every boss. Please just let me enjoy the game for the journey it is instead of dropping me off at the destination (also the battlepass just giving me 800 potions that give me 100% HP 100% MP makes alchemy profession not really compelling to choose).

The game crashed after I got captured and I thought it was part of the game 10/10

Combat and platforming is fun, but I find the camera a bit scuffed and the UI work is amateurish. After you learn a move you also can't see change the keybind which is a huge bummer.

Beta was fun, now it is not.

Isle of Ewe is a cool little indie game, once you get your powers the design of the map makes sure that you make good use of it, which is something that I like because the powers don't feel just forced in.

However I did run into some problems, sometimes it would tell me that I got a bell when I didn't get any, and sometimes it would fall from 4 bells to 3 upon going to a new area and then I would get it back to 4, it was just pretty confusing. Also the parts with "The Watcher" infuriated me because one minute out would do a puzzle and then instantly get thrown in a situation in which I do not know the context because not only does the idea of a watcher not come up anywhere earlier in the game but also your screen goes black and then you get put back to your last checkpoint so you have no idea what is going on. Also my achievements just stopped tracking I guess since according to them I finished the game without getting any of the powers or even beating the first boss.

Outside of that, cool little sheep game.

The game is charming and i think it would be really fun if camera controls or controls in general weren't so infuriating (playing on keyboard)

This game is amazing, but its existence also perplexes me. It is a rolling platformer, you don't get any background explanation, you don't get anything, you're just a ball. A ball made of metal, rolling around in different places. Sometimes you need to be a fire ball to solve a puzzle, sometimes you need to be an ice ball to solve a puzzle, but you're always a ball nevertheless, just rolling around in either a vast and empty landscape or something that looks like technology and structures left behind by an ancient civilization, you just keep rolling. It may be a world where all humans have died and your metal ball is the only thing left that stays in motion, or it could be a world where humans never existed, I guess that part is up to interpretation.

From the technical side of things, it controls like a regular rolling platformers, you may find yourself angry because you didn't use momentum well enough and you fell off a ledge into some lava, or you may use momentum well enough that you skip a whole section of the level. The cryptic text the game incorporates into itself is, while charming when it comes to achievements and such, is very confusing when it comes to the settings menu (where some settings also like they don't work properly).
