Why is this poor kitten having a breakdown? What indescribable terror could drive such an innocent being to scream in the agony of its own mind? Why does the cat scream?
Perhaps this is the natural state of our being. The world filled with horrors of all kinds, nothing seems to ever change as history repeats itself ad nauseum, crushing all that makes us human under its foot. Perhaps it is us who have become too accustomed to the agony of life, numb to the pain of existence, too paralyzed to cry for help in a world that won't listen.
