ATM I am basically going through the hoops. I'm already on the state insurance for no-income people. And no, unemployment office cannot help me with the hoops.

My guess is this is a (possible) ongoing unofficial practice to "double-up" confirmations before authorizing care for people on "free" things.

Ayo, I got all the copium you need. Do you qualify for Medicaid or anything like that? Something that might help with the costs?
