I put ~75 hours into the main game on PS5 and it is still the same great game on PC. HOWEVER, I am going to leave my review on here as a 'No' in the hopes that we can get SquareEnix to start putting better care into their PC ports. We shouldn't have to ask for Ultrawide support, uncapped framerates on cutscenes (or at least 60fps cutscenes) and better DRM solutions than Denuvo.

My specs:
13900k
4090 Water Cooled
32gb 7200mhz RAM
ASUS ROG MAXIMUS Z790 HERO
2x Samsung 980 Pros in RAID 0

Latest drivers, updates, BIOS, etc.

There is clear problems with some of the cutscenes. No matter what combination of settings or on multiple runs (in hoping it was just shader compilation/caching) would the introductory cutscenes run without a hitch (super noticeable when Kupka is talking and there isn't even action happening). Once this introductory scene is done and you're into the game proper as young Clive, everything is much smoother, but definitely not perfect as it should be. The performance is identical for me whether I am running at 4k on my 75" OLED or on a 1440p 144hz monitor, stutters in the same exact spots in cutscenes and gameplay. Hopefully these performance issues can be ironed out.

I can personally forgive the 30fps cutscene cap but I would be much happier with a 60 or no cap. I also have a 3440x1440 OLED ultrawide I would love to play this game natively on. I don't think I've run into the blurry graphics everyone else is complaining about, but I also turn off bloom, blurs, chromatic aberration as stylistic turn-offs etc. I think DLAA may have looked better than DLSS Quality too.

For the same price as the PS5 release you can get it with the two DLC, which is the way I'll be going, but I will be waiting to see if these issues are ironed out by release or within the first month. If you want SquareEnix to take notice, I suggest you do the same.

The best team based shooter out there. I don't need to explain anything, it's free, go play it!
