For what it is, it's a pretty nice twin stick shooter and a roguelike both in one. It does take a bit of getting used to but I managed to get into it. Kinda wish the controller support had more options, so for the time being I've switched over to Keyboard and Mouse and had a much better time. In terms of KB+M controls it feels pretty similar to Enter The Gungeon, and that's not a bad thing at all.

It's got some nifty online play and a progressive leveling system along with a "Choose your own difficulty" set of modifiers to either make the game easier or reward you for taking more risks such as bleeding when you take health damage without a shield, getting randomized perfect reloads. But you also get some buffs for these risks such as 5% more total damage, or increased stat upgrades from items.

I don't review games often but I've had a good time with this game when searching for more roguelikes to distract me.
