You will not find a game that gives you so much freedom of choice while also being of such high quality. The art, while sometimes inconsistent, is amazing, and the voice acting is also fantastic. It's best to go into this game unspoiled.

After playing the echo point nova demo I had high hopes for this game. Unfortunately I was disappointed.
This game feels like someone had a bunch of ideas and lost motivation halfway through for a lot of them. The environment quality varies a lot, the story feels disconnected from the gameplay after the first few levels.
The movement can be inconsistent and it feels like it makes the game depend too much on the invincibility granted by certain moves.
The game is difficult, but not fun difficult, just frustrating difficult. Perhaps I would enjoy the game more if I dedicated more time to try and master the movement, but I do not enjoy it enough to dedicate that kind of time.

As much as i wanted to like this game, I just was not able to enjoy it. I cannot quite put my finger on what it is that i dislike, maybe its just that the combat is not that fun and most of the gameplay is either combat or the platforming, both of which get tedious after a few hours of playing.
I may give this game another shot later on because I realize that i have not played much of it, but as it stands i cannot recommend it.

Fantastic visuals, music and puzzles, feels very polished. It took me around 5 hours to beat and it was enjoyable throughout.
Lots of mind twisting puzzles involving non-euclidean geometry, shifting gravity and infinitely repeating environments. There is no story, just a constant stream of puzzles and beautiful environments.
Strongly recommend, I have not enjoyed a puzzle game as much as this since Portal 2.

This is by no means a bad game. It is very good actually, but i do not think it's good enough for the overwhelmingly positive rating that it has at the moment.
I find it hard to pin down why, but this game felt like a chore to me. The platforming can get repetitive at times and the combat in general feels rather monotonous. The only things that save it for me are the bossfights and the presentation.
As far as the story goes, it is pretty good, however, the dialogue can be egregiously bad at times. I understand that there is a story reason for most of the childish and annoying dialogue, but that doesn't stop it from being off-putting. Other than that, the moments hit when they are supposed to hit, the music is wonderful, and the story is way better than I expected.
Unfortunately these good things do not make up for the bad in my opinion. So i do not recommend it, but can recognize that it's a good game. It's just not for me.

Great campaign and great multiplayer, it's a shame that respawn's focus seems to have completely shifted to Apex, leaving this franchise behind as just a cool part of Apex's lore.

This one is a no-brainer, if you like shooters, get this game. It can be difficult and the skill ceiling is very high, but is rewarding. Just get the game, it's not that expensive.

As much as I want to like this game, I just can't recommend it. The game itself is beautiful, but it just feels mediocre on most aspects, once you do the first area, you have already seen most of what this game has to offer, it just becomes repetitive and the mechanics and gimmicks that following areas have are not enough to make it distinct.
There are a few quests and a few collectables that unlock additional suits that each have different benefits but most of them are just faster cooldowns, increased collection of currency or something similarly bland.
The story itself, while interesting, didn't feel all that well executed, there are a lot of characters that you only see as holograms or in logs and i found it hard to bring myself to care about them, same goes for the few quest characters that we do actually see face to face.

In the end it all just felt like style over substance for me, by the final third of the game I was just waiting to get it over with and move on.

I hate the flesh

It's good on all levels except technical, even so long after release it still has the occasional glitches and general jankiness. Other than that, it looks good, it sounds good, and the story is great.
