thank you for the comment. I've already enabled this option, but it's still not good. I think this problem also has to do with contrast. For example, in a normal Windows Explorer the font is the same size, but here in Steam it's hard to read.

Hey mate, just saying the new Steam Settings → interface says something about "Scale text and icons to match monitor settings
I think that means the Widows display settings, maybe you can in large the text from there?
May not be perfect but may help
