Aziz is the toxic problematic male representation we need. He's sexy though so he makes it work.
(Also one of the best written characters in the game, imho! I really liked his story, and there's plenty to discover about him- love him or hate him, I found his character really compelling and well written)

The story is also really interesting and original, adding interesting new things and twists to the cyberpunk genre. I was pleasantly surprised to find new creative worldbuilding ideas when I was just expecting a 'cyberpunk fantasy game'.

I will say starting with some routes might be better than others- I started with Farah, and I found her introduction much more confusing. I feel like starting with Sam is much more ideal, as you get more information about the worldbuilding and how the world works in a more streamlined, less confusing way. Other than that, I'm curious to see the other routes! I really like how the characters are written, and the music is amazing too.
