Hey, whoever the hell you are. Do you feel down sometimes? Well, I know I do. That's alright. We all get let down every-so-often - and that's alright. Y'know, sometimes, we think, "man, I just want to end it all already, what's the point of being on this stinking planet with these ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ snakes on this ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ plane ?!" And yeah, I see your point. We're an advanced species - capable of total self awareness, even to the extent that we question our very existence. We've made it through several tens of millennia of development; change; growth; and expansion. "My life's ♥♥♥♥, you don't know what I've been through.", well, truth be told, I don't, and that's alright, because you know your toubles, I know mine, and we can both work on solving them.

First though, let me just preface by saying - isn't this amazing? I'm conveying thoughts and emotions; feelings and imagery, all via the power of your computer screen. Imagine - words are merely a concept, developed by us , and through these seemingly meaningless glyphs and sounds, we can determine our future, our paths - whether it may be for better or for worse. Isn't that amazing? You feel joy; sadness; anger; love; simply via the transferal of a bunch of molecules in the synapses of our mere human brains, now that's pretty mind blowing, pun intended.

But hear me out - try and be happy, if you're alright with that. If you and I have the physical and mental strength to depreciate ourselves; likewise, we have the ability to raise ourselves higher. There is no reason - not dictated by the stars above, nor the galaxies afar - that you should be sad or down. It's mesmerising how we have the ability to do that. So, here's my small request for whoever's reading this: try to be happy, no matter the circumstances. Don't worry, I'm trying this too, and sometimes I may fall short of my own advice, but I think that's alright, as long as I can get back on my feet - and ultimately? Fell good. Your greatest enemy is yourself, or your greatest friend in times of need (if you prefer that).

I rarely see the stars through the cloudy skies of my area, but when I do, it's mesmerising. I guess appreciation comes with rarity. Sometimes when I want to snap; just burst, I look outside. The world around us - this big ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ rock. It drifts around an incomprehensibly large ball of nuclear fission in an incomprehensible amount of empty space. The cosmos do not give a ♥♥♥♥ about us - about me. That's what I find pretty comforting, knowing that whatever ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ you and I make are all forgiven by the stars around us. It may also be disheartening; the fact that all our achievements will be forgotten, but that's alright. We were here to enjoy it.

♥♥♥♥, there's so much that I want to write - but alas, I'll probably reach the character limit [pastebin.com] for these profile bios, so I think I'll paraphrase from what Alan Watts said - "Life isn't really a journey; but rather, life is a good song, whereby you don't go through it just to get to the final chorus, but instead, you cherish, enjoy and sing along to the music. It doesn't matter what the end holds, but all that matters is that you enjoyed what it had to offer inbetween." Similar to a good video game - sometimes it's not what the end achievement holds, but comparatively, it's how much you enjoyed your playthrough. If you think the game is getting too tough, and there's no option to turn the difficulty down, and you just want to quit - that's fine, whether you're only on the third chapter, or the last, it's alright. There's nothing wrong with cutting your gameplay short, no one should force you to do otherwise. But just remember; please don't exit in vain. Be the happiest ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ you can be when you pulverize that Quit to desktop button.
