Any game is eligible to my very exclusive favorite games list, depending on its story, universe, characters, level design, ambiance, graphics, audio, gameplay...
Then, it results that I express feelings similar to love for that game. I would replay it instantly to understand more deeply the story, or otherwise later. As I finish it, it's hard to get back to real life, lawl.
Most of the games listed below are singleplayer games, because I like games with interesting universe and scenario. Aswell, you're alone, it's totally fine ; you don't have to bear the behaviour of random people online (except friends)
