One day Hodja takes a scoop and pot and heads to the coast of Aksehir Lake and then starts to do something with the scoop in his hand. People start to watch him curiously. One of them asks out of curiosity:

“Hodja, what are you doing?”

“Don’t you see? I’m fermenting the yoghurt for the lake.”

“Holy Hodja, does the lake ever hold yeast?”
