An awesome game to introduce you to the world of Aperture Science, with a great story and a very quotable villain.
You can easily pick up this game even if you are not a gamer, and you'll probably want to come back for more.
It's short and it requires some problem-solving skills, but by the end of it you'll be thinking with portals.

... and then there will be cake.

I'd say Portal 2 is among the best video games ever created.
It has one of the greatest characters in any game ever. Who doesn't love a sarcastic, quotable villain? Also, the story is amazing, and the puzzles are really well done. Being able to play chambers created by others allows you to play this game long after you've played through the story.
10/10, do recommend (be careful with co-op, it can test the strength of a friendship/relationship)
