Summary
This is a $70 refresh compared to MW2019. It has movement that I enjoy more and improved gun recoil that's relatively expected from these weapons. Animations are as beautiful as ever, and the game is entertaining enough to recommend. The campaign is lacking in a lot of ways, such as music and level structure. Multiplayer is entertaining. Overall I'd give it a 6.8/10, although my ratings below don't average that, I'm going to inflate it because it's fun enough.

Campaign 4/10
The campaign is so lackluster it's sad. I was looking forward to another solid campaign like the first game, with impressive set pieces and a believable story. This game though was all over the place. It didn't know if it wanted to be a tech demo/showcase, a narrative-driven game, a stealth game, a sandbox game, or a linear game. It's hard for a game developer, no matter how big, to nail every aspect of this without the player feeling like they're an experiment. The story ended abruptly, just as I found myself interested in some of the newer characters. I was waiting for a climax that never came. It felt like a TV show pilot without a season planned.

I also ran into a few bugs where missions wouldn't progress (specifically in the open map sniper mission), and it destroyed my immersion in the game. Also, I hate the armored enemies. They made me feel like I was playing a Warzone sandbox AI mode, not an immersive story-driven game grounded in reality.

The cutscenes are beautiful as always though. Impressive facial expressions and lighting are a treat every time they show up. They make the game look bad tbh. But I enjoyed the storytelling in these moments. Unfortunately, they're few and far between.

Campaign Music 0/10
The music is another area that stood out as lacking. As I was jumping from truck to truck on the convoy mission, I not only noticed all the trucks behind me just magically disappearing, but I also noticed I was sitting there holding my W key and getting bored of the trucks continually shifting into 20th gear. These set pieces are meant to be jaw-dropping and engaging, but I was so bored. Incredibly bored. Compared to previous games with fantastic composers like Brian Tyler and Hans Zimmer, these were forgettable. I still think from time to time of shooting my way down Wall Street and sneaking through a blizzard from MW3 and MW2 with a fitting musical soundtrack that exemplified the feeling and vibe overall.

Just play any previous COD, even Ghosts, Infinite Warfare, or Advanced Warfare (which surprisingly have half-decent campaigns), and tell me if they had better music composition.

Co-Op 5/10
Before moving on to multiplayer, I'd like to glaze over co-op quickly. It's an unfinished but potentially good portion of the game. I miss the narrative-like MW2 and MW3 co-op missions, but I'll take what I can get with this. The last co-op mission is reminiscent of survival from MW3, which is still a fun game mode to this day. I'm not blown away by the content in this game mode like I was back in the aforementioned games, but it's decent and I'm hoping they put a tad bit of effort into it in the future (doubtful though).

Multiplayer 8/10
The multiplayer, however, is pretty good. I haven't invested a lot of time in a COD MP since BO2, and it's clear the games have changed over the years. But I enjoy the new weapon leveling system, contrary to public opinion, just because it allows for less grinding when trying a new weapon for the first time. I can build a new weapon with decent attachments when I switch weapons. The time to kill is an improvement in my opinion, although I do find it to be slightly inconsistent at times. I'll have to keep monitoring this.

Why I gave it a positive review
I don't feel like writing anymore, but I'll conclude with my reasoning why I recommend this game: It's another COD game that hasn't been destroyed by microtransactions and glowing purple camos yet. There's a level of realism that can be appreciated at times, and the game is entertaining. At the end of the day, that's what matters most right? Whether it's entertaining or not? It's fun to play with friends and Warzone 2.0 should be fun to try eventually as long as I get placed in more casual games. I'm trying to have fun, not become a sweaty pro.

It was truly an honor to play this game. The sounds were incredible and the visuals were out of the world. I don't know how much acid the developers were on to come up with this game, but it was well worth it. Everything was incredible and there were a few moments where I nearly cried. Incredible game. Perfect length. The developers should be mighty proud of what they accomplished with the graphics, storytelling, and overall atmosphere. This was a passion project and it clearly shows. Games need to come back to this level of craft. But again, the game was the perfect length. Every time I thought the game was over, it kept topping itself with astonishing worlds. 10/10

I have played some of this game on my phone but the problem with it on my computer is the browser system is really bugged. I can't launch it... It says "invalid url. please try again" over and over again. If there is a fix for this I will give this game a thumbs up because honestly it's a really cool game. But this one bug breaks the game for me... Since it's unplayable, I'm going to have to not recommend this game.

Bioshock Infinite is set in Columbia; a wonderful and beautiful city in the sky. First looking at the city it seems like a utopia. Everything makes it seem that way. From the colors, to the cheerful feelings you get walking around the city; it seems like nothing could go wrong. But that is far from the truth. There are major social issues that were present during the uprising of America and may still be present in society today. You play as Booker DeWitt. He is a hired gun with a debt to pay. Your mission is to save a girl from the leaders of Columbia and bring her to a mysterious group. It seems like a pretty simple job. But it's more complicated; bonds are formed that cannot be broken. This ultimately uncovers the complicated truth.

Gameplay: The gameplay is engaging with a very arcadey feel to it. There are different enemy types that appear in different parts of the game. The guns are very well done. For example, you can use a sniper rifle one moment and then pick up another gun more suited for the new job and not worry about losing the powerful sniper rifle. Guns are common and the level design forces you to play each situation differently. Also, the guns don't feel too abundant. There are plenty of collectables found throughout the game that can give some extra bonuses that suit different play styles. The vigors are very varied and it forced me to play adaptively. As for the controls, they are incredibly smooth and crisp. Your character does whatever you tell it to do. Everything about the gameplay was very enjoyable.

Graphics: Developed on the Unreal Engine 3, this game looks incredible. For a game developed in 2013, it still holds up as a very beautiful game. The architecture is some of the best I've seen in a video game. This is a game where the graphics will hold up for quite some time.

Story: Incredible story. I don't want to give too much away so all I'm going to say is: it's the kind of game where at the end, you just sit there and take a while to take it all in. Although it may be a little confusing, there are some articles online that explain exactly what goes on towards the end. It was a masterpiece. This should be the new standard for games; this is art.

Characters: Some of the best characters I've seen in a video game in such a long time. They were so relatable and lovable. Elizabeth was an amazing character that I actually developed care for. At one point in the story I wanted to cry because of it. It was so sad to see characters develop and be influenced by what was going on. By the end though, you realize that what they went through was what shaped them into the characters at the end.

Conclusion: This game was a masterpiece and probably one of my favorite games of all time. I would recommend this game to anyone looking for a game with a breathtaking story. This is definetly not a game that will be forgotten. A gem in the narrative game genre.

Ok so I bought this like 3 weeks ago and I was like "how bout i wait till a sale" and it was $25. But then I was like whatever, ima buy this now. So I did. One week went by: $20. Three weeks go by: $10. What the hell steam... Why can't you have sales when I need them...

But it's not a bad DLC bundle. Just wish it came with Apex...

Amazing game with amazing storyline. Quick play that had a super intense story. The story is similar to Interstellar because there are hints throughout the game that show how everything loops and is connected.

Just keep making the trailers because they're interesting. But they won't make people get the game. Get rid of micro transactions and I will consider installing this game again. If it was a paid game with a good progression system and a good feel then I would try it no doubt.

Amazing game for a free2play. The graphics are amazing and when you're in the mech it feels like you're actually in a huge robot.
