This is my opinion on the game.

Despite all the negative feedback the developers have had they are still chuging along and developing the game and i give huge props for that.
I personally do not care how long it takes them to finish as long as they finish.
In game development its not who is first over the finish line, but the ones that cross it and as far as I see that Dayz is still in the race and has not given up no matter what ppl say.
