After a few balance/bug patches it's great, amount of new content is amazing, Game is harder, it's true - but you can still get totaly overpowered run that kills everything on sight. Or you can fail very hard on first floors

I have only two major downsides right now:

1) Alt (Antibirth) path seems a bit too harsh for early game, i mean you have to commit to it on floor 2, when there is no way to know if your run is strong enough to fight there. Also 2HP for mausoleum seems really cheap
2) Hush and Delirium still are not rewarding enough, i mean you still gain basically nothing going for them after first unlocks. I heard,delirium will be changed so looking forward to it

And two minor complains

1) Item pool is very polluted right now, so you can run into multiple devil/angel items and gain almost nothing usefull
2) Enemy shot speed on hard mode seems also a little too fast, especially on later floors and bullet hell bosses - time slowing items are veeery powerfull and needed

It's damn hard, but rewarding. and feels extremely smooth to play
The brutal update is a miss IMO, but looking forward for new balance changes

Very nice metroid-style brawler. Not too hard(unless you want to 100% it), not too easy.
The graphics are good, music is perfectly suited, game is funny and don't take itself seriously. Mexican style is also a nice thing, i don't remember many games with similar style
Fighting and platforming are quite ballanced, although some jumps and fights could be a little frustrating

It has 2 main flaws
1. It's not too long, only 5-6 hours with normal gameplay
2.You can't redefine keys on gamepad

Overall - worth your money
