I'm recommending this because I feel like everyone should play this game. But there is a reason the "Cons" are before the "Pros".

This game really reached its peak with the 1.3 update. The achievements are witty and fun to unlock. There is an endless amount of replayability (just look at the time I spent playing). From a game developer's prospective there is one thing that I am always exited to discover: a game that I find as breathtakingingly enjoyable as Terraria, which is something I couldn't and wouldn't dare to try to recreate. It has over 1000 items that are avaliable for you to find and create, that may seem like a small number, but it's overwhelming once you play the game. Terraria is my favorite game of all time, and if you can overlook the community's ego and childishness, then this will be your favorite game too.

This game is special, it's got everything you need for a great game! I will admit though, there were a couple parts in the story that I thought were kind of off. 7 hours is what it took me to finish the game. Buy this game, it's worth it.
