Forced multiplayer matchmaking. You can't make a private game to play by yourself like you could in other games like Vermintide.

Start with this game before moving on to Warhammer III if you're a new player. This game will eventually function as an over-glorified DLC, but is in a good enough state that you can figure out if you even like the series enough to dump more money on Warhammer III.

Overrated. Toxic community makes it worse in every possible way.

The AI are more competent than the majority of mechdads in MechWarrior Online. This does not mean that your lancemates should go anywhere without constant supervision unless you enjoy watching your pimped out mechs be reduced to slag on the pavement.

The excessively bright colors hurt my eyes and head. I can't play for longer than an hour at a time.

I rarely buy games on release and at full price. This was one of those exceptions. Worth it.

The color scheme this game uses is very hard on the eyes for people who do not have the best vision. The color contrast for elements like the firing arcs for missile units are sometimes practically impossible to see regardless of what color you set them to since the transparency is so low. Some factions like Tzeentch are also the definition of sensory overload when these absurdly bright spells explode across the screen. Warhammer II had much better visual feedback for what was happening in the game while also not flashbanging you anytime something happened.

The clowns just rereleased the same image from months ago that was telling everyone to buy their upcoming title Elden Ring. Still no multiplayer in this game either.
