It's been a while since I played a game that genuinely made me happy. This is it! Not only was the gameplay adorable, but the story that ran alongside it made it even better. If you're looking for a cozy decorating game for the holidays or just because, I recommend this one. Took me about 5 hours to complete the story but there is so much more content available afterwards, especially if you take your time and make everything look nice!

I really wanted to enjoy this game because it looks really cool in the trailer video/ images. I was streaming this game and it crashed OBS loading the game the first time. When I got into the game without crashing anything, I could not progress passed the woods area. Firstly. the first main objective is misspelled. It says "Rach the Village" instead of Reach. The cave to get to what I'm assuming is the village has no way of progressing. I, at least, could not find it after walking around the entire area for 30 minutes. The game itself also crashed when I tried to go to the main menu to close it. Took a whole 2 minutes for the game to close after crashing. Just not very well optimized.
And if anyone is wondering. The specs to my PC exceed the recommended requirements for this game.

This game is extremely creepy in a good way! The hopping in and out of VHS' gifted by your brother is very intriguing. And the fact that your "safe zone" changes with the story progression. I will say the ending seemed kind of sudden and unfulfilling, but other then that, loved it!

Game is really fun and creative! I enjoyed the demo and enjoyed the few hours worth of content added! This game is pretty gruesome/ gory, so I don't recommend for anyone with a sensitive stomach, but I loved it!

Early Access Review
I wrote my thoughts in the community hub for this game but to summarize, my friends and I had a blast playing it despite some of the flaws. The game is in Early Access so of course there's going to be some things that need fixed, but regardless, the game has great potential and is fun with the right group!

The atmosphere to this game is absolutely phenomenal! The art is really well done and the vibe is really creepy (as it should be). I'd best describe this game a walking sim with some puzzles and occasional stealth. The price may be a little steep to some for a walking sim, but the art definitely makes up for it. Highly recommend if you're into spooky walking sims with an interesting storyline!

Autosave feature did not work for me (I assumed the save icon at the bottom right of the screen was autosaving, but I could be wrong). Had to restart twice. I hoped for more of a tutorial, other then just showing me how to use the bucket, MFE, TIS and the UV light. There was no direction on how to use the sound frequency thing (ASSA) or blood testing. I was able to manage to figure out the blood testing but took a while for me to realize the device was even on the cart. I couldn't make it past the Wallaby's (the animal after the tutorial with giraffes) as I could not figure out how to use the ASSA (even after looking it up). The Wallaby's were completely healthy other then me not knowing how to use the ASSA. Not only that, the symptoms tracker would not update with the Wallaby's. When I hovered over the animals, everything was highlighted healthy (besides ASSA), but the symptom tracker on both computers showed I had yet to check their symptoms. I figured the halt in progression could have been towards the infected, escaped Wallaby, but nothing would trigger it to come back out. I'm not sure if it was just bugging, but I got very frustrated at the end and stopped trying to figure out what I was doing wrong. I even tried restarting from my last save I supposedly had, but it had not saved and made me start over from the tutorial.
